30 Dec Man Hunt
(1941) Directed by Fritz Lang, a filmmaker of Jewish descent who fled Germany just in time.
At a time when most Americans did not want to be involved in that war ”over there” this film was meant to be a wake-up call. It was criticized for being anti-Nazi.
Walter Pidgeon plays a famous British big game hunter who wears a shirt and tie as he is crawling through the German forest stalking his prey.
