The Devil’s Brigade, WWII Movie starring William Holden, Cliff Robertson, and Vince Edwards
(1968) The Devil’s Brigade is a true story about a group of American and Canadian soldiers who were trained to become a highly skilled special forces unit.
The first half of the movie could be summed up in two words: “fist fights.”
But I did get to know the individual soldiers, and once the action started, I really cared what happened to them.
William Holden, as usual, carried the film.
