(1948) This is actually a post-war story starring Robert Ryan and Merle Oberon. The Allies are still fighting the Nazis.
What is memorable is that it was filmed in Germany and shows what the cities looked like after the bombings.
I did enjoy the 1940′s train ride on the “Berlin Express,” … said to be the world’s most exciting train!
